How We Handle Your Data

Employee identity information (name, email, phone) is stored solely for survey distribution. Survey responses are processed and aggregated by AI before any employer-facing reports are generated. Individual responses are never exposed in raw form to employers.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Tenant isolation ensures that each employer's data is completely separate. Row-level security policies enforce access boundaries at the database level.

Our Anonymity Guarantee

The link between an employee's identity and their survey responses exists only in our backend for the purpose of survey distribution. This link is never exposed to the employer through any interface, API, report, or export. No AnonInsights employee or system provides individual-level response data to employers under any circumstances.
