AnonInsights (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an independent, third-party employee feedback platform that enables employers to collect anonymous feedback from their workforce. Our service includes survey creation and distribution, AI-powered analysis, and anonymized reporting.
Employer accounts are created by authorized representatives of a business or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Employees participate in surveys through invitations sent by the platform on behalf of the employer. Employee participation is voluntary. Employers agree not to attempt to identify individual respondents or retaliate against employees for their feedback.
You agree to use AnonInsights only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: attempt to de-anonymize survey responses, use the platform to harass or retaliate against employees, distribute surveys containing illegal or harmful content, interfere with the security or integrity of the platform, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Your use of AnonInsights is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you acknowledge that we operate as an independent third party and that individual employee survey responses are never shared with employers. Employers receive only aggregated, anonymized insights.
All plans begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate associated with your chosen tier. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
The AnonInsights platform, including all software, designs, text, and other content, is owned by AnonInsights and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including survey content and employee information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonInsights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
